Development of state-owned property within Springville City and construction of a new 31,500 square foot single-story building. The building is wood and metal framed with brick, concrete and metal panel exterior. The building will use an abbreviated process for the State High Performance Building requirements.
This phase of the project includes all remaining aspects that were not included in Bid Package No. 1. This includes: Building & Site Concrete, Board-formed Concrete, Concrete Reinforcing, Sealants, Masonry, Steel Joist, Deck & Framing, Guardrails, Handrails, Rough Carpentry, Wood Framing, Wood Trusses, Finish Carpentry, Millwork, Roofing, Flashing & Trim, Insulation, Metal Panels, Composite Panels, Doors & Hardware, Mirrors, Storefront, Curtain Wall, Skylights, Glazing, Wall Cladding, Gypsum Board, Acoustic Ceilings & Baffles, LVT, Carpet, Ceramic Tile, Paint, Specialties, Site Equipment, Site Furnishings, Fire Suppression, Mechanical, Electrical, Landscaping, Irrigation and Plantings. Work is expected to begin around March 1st, 2019 and completion of the project in November of 2019.
