Development of state-owned property within Springville City and construction of a new 31,500 square foot single-story building. The building is wood and metal framed with brick, concrete and metal panel exterior. The project includes constructing a new sewer line for the school which will be owned by Springville City. The building will use an abbreviated process for the State High Performance Building requirements.
This phase of the project is a Civil Package only and includes Demolition, Excavation, Storm Water, Site Utilities, SWPPP, Sanitary Sewer, Culinary Water, Cut/Fill/Import/Export on Site and Drainage. Work is expected to begin around November 1 and completion of the project in November of 2019.
