It is MANDATORY that you walk the project prior to bidding the project. This is a remodel of an existing building built in the late 60’s. Access will be difficult, the concert hall is a high volume area. In order to ensure a level bidding market you must visit the project and sign in at the on site construction trailer located on the south side of the building. You are welcome to visit the site from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM on any one of the following days: November 17th, 18th, 19th, 20th, 23rd, 24th, 30th and December 1st, 2015. John Thompson can be reached at 801-949-7441 and Sean Gramoll can be reached at 801-403-4342, both will be on site during these time frames. There is limited parking at the construction trailers so be prepared to park and walk to the building. We are doing work in the building already so make sure you bring your own safety equipment.
